How much is delivery?

UK Mainland: Free
Northern Ireland: £12.75
Scottish Highlands: £8.75
Scottish Islands: £12.75

When will I receive my order?

Dispatch schedule

Your order (first order, if you have subscribed) will be dispatched within 2 working days (Monday - Friday) of the order being placed. 

All future subscription orders will be dispatched monthly on the same calendar date as your original order. If this date falls on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Northern Ireland: 2-5 days
Scottish Highlands & Islands: 2-5 days

Who will deliver my order?

We use DPD, who will attempt delivery twice over 2 consecutive days. If you’re not there, the driver may deliver to a neighbour. If delivery is unsuccessful on both occasions, the parcel will be returned to us.

Important: If your order is rejected upon either delivery attempt, or you request to cancel once the order has been picked and packed by our warehouse team, then you will be refunded less £5 due to carrier costs to have the parcel sent back to us.

I’m still waiting for my order. What should I do?

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact us within seven days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you. If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Oleaphen.
