Returns & refunds
If you’re in the UK, ordered online and have changed your mind, then as long as you let us know within 14 days of delivery, we will accept a return. To obtain a refund you need to return your product within 14 days of letting us know.
Your items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Please log into your account and visit the returns section, or contact us if you don't have an account. A member of our customer care team will be in touch to confirm next steps.
Sending your return
Once your return is confirmed, please send your items to:

Include a note inside your parcel with the following:
Order number (found in your order confirmation email, e.g. #1234)
Full name and delivery address
Missing your order number can delay or prevent your refund being processed.
Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using Royal Mail or Evri as cost effective options, and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

Making changes to your order or the delivery or your parcel
We work quickly to pick and pack your items, which means we’re unable to amend your order on the day of dispatch.
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact us within 2 hours of the order being placed and we’ll do our best to help.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may be able to update delivery options via your DHL tracking link. This includes delivering to a nominated safe place or selecting a different delivery date.
Important: We're unable to provide refunds or redeliveries if incorrect delivery information was provided at checkout and the items are lost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
